TrueServe Toronto provides process serving, court filing, and administrative document delivery services in Toronto and Ontario. TrueServe Toronto is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice.
2. Service Timelines & Attempts
Package timeframes (Regular, Rush, Express, Same-Day) define operational priority and scheduled attempts. Service is subject to recipient availability, location safety, and accurate client instructions.
3. Payment & Disbursements
Invoices reflect the agreed service tier plus applicable travel mileage ($1.00/km), printing, or supplementary attempts as detailed in our published rates schedule.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
